Is Auxi Services a property management company?

No. Auxi Services is not a property management company. It is a technology platform and vendor management marketplace that connects property owners and managers with vetted maintenance contractors. Auxi handles vendor sourcing, vetting, matching, dispatch, work order tracking, and invoicing — but does not manage properties or tenants directly.

How does the AI vendor matching work?

Auxi's AI-powered platform matches work orders to the best-fit vendors based on trade expertise, geographic proximity, availability, past performance ratings, compliance status, and pricing competitiveness. This ensures clients get quality vendors quickly and vendors get relevant work opportunities.

What is the difference between open-bid and direct dispatch?

Open-bid jobs allow multiple vendors to submit competitive bids on a work order. The client reviews all bids and selects the best option. Direct dispatch assigns a single preferred vendor to the job without bidding. Open-bid is best for competitive pricing; direct dispatch is best for speed and trusted vendor relationships.

What types of properties does Auxi Services maintain?

Auxi Services maintains multifamily properties (apartments, condos), commercial properties (offices, retail, mixed-use), healthcare facilities (medical offices, clinics, hospitals), government and HUD-assisted properties, industrial facilities (warehouses, distribution centers), hotels and hospitality properties, HOA common areas, and single-family residential homes.

Does Auxi charge vendors any fees?

No. The Auxi platform is completely free for vendors. There are no subscription fees, no platform fees, and no per-job fees. Vendors keep 100% of their earnings. Vendors are paid via ACH or check for completed work.

Can I track the status of my work order?

Yes. The Auxi Client Portal provides real-time work order tracking including status updates, assigned vendor information, completion photos, and progress reports. Clients receive notifications at each stage of the process.

Does Auxi provide services for single-family homes?

Yes. Auxi Services provides residential maintenance and home repair services for single-family homes, townhomes, and residential communities. Homeowners can request plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC, handyman, and emergency repair services through the free client portal.
